Actually was far more to do with the police mishandling of evidence

@joso7228 Apparently so, its rather odd though that the CPS never even informed him or made its way up to his office the case had been dropped, an investigation I believe after his death was done, like I said outright really had the police handled the cases better he may have been prosecuted, convicted and then sentenced. Its one of the things that really makes me sick to my stomach personally. I mean I wasn't abused myself and don't know anyone personally who has been, but I am a somewhat patient in a hospital where he abused people in, rather as the dept moved from there to another hospital that I get treated in for a long term condition I only went there maybe twice or three times a year for no longer than 5 days a year (if that really).
