@michaelsnow7252 Yes does it's whats called Royal Ascent you're quite right with that, but bearing in mind no Monarchs ever vetoed a law/bill (still remains a bill until it has the Monarchs signature's on it) since Queen Anne. Was at least 300 years ago.

It's the same as in a sense with the Monarchs right to dissolve parliament or the Gov't, could in black and white law as such make any country like North Korea an ally if he wanted to, though they could go against him in Westminster (like they did with Charles I lol). Declare war (with Parliaments approval) just like George VI did, one of Charles III's grandfathers.
