Heck it'd not surprise me if they've used some of this on him! Least I know Brian Harvey's being 100% legit with the stuff he talks about!

  2.  @jaredlangley6924  Reason why he did that rather is due to them not having any extradition treaty with the US, when a country does (like here in Britain) he'd be sent to the US to face charges and then the rest..... within Russia that categorically won't happen, so he chose there to move to that's it he's fuck all else to Russia.
