  3.  @Steve-s8k  The reason why they're refusing to call it a riot Alan Robertshaw a Barrister explains in one of his more recent videos on his Art of Law channel is due to the authorities not legally then having to pay for any damages as a result of the rioting. He stopped short of calling them riots but thats essentially what they are.
