All I heard was, we need more resources to address the challenge. If it takes more resources to figure out that the cartel are getting their precursors from china and making the drugs that the cartels are smuggling across our wide open borders then, we have lost the battle and will never resolve it. That was the most breathtaking inept answer from that director of intelligence I've ever heard...........its screams "I want more money from tax payers, increase our budget". Close the wide open border, limit the availability of the legal ports of entry for a period of time, give the border patrol the resources needed to secure our border, send a contingency of military to assist temporarily, go after the cartel with extreme prejudice. Please send me a portion of that lady's check, thank you very much. I yield back the rest of my time to the inept congress.
