One very good example is that Durham said he was aware of a memo that Lisa Page prepared with Comey to brief the "gang of 8" (eight leaders of the executive branch) about crossfire hurricane probe as stated in the congressional hearing today. Yet, Durham never pursued false statements charges made in the memo, against Lisa of Comey.

  2.  @Pyramid4  incorrect - Durham said he was aware of the crossfire hurricane memo that was prepared by Lisa page with Comey to brief the gang of eight, which contained false statements, Durham never pursued false statement charges against Lisa or Comey.
