  1. 1000000% 👍👍👍 Mitch McConnell is about to do that with the government budget and claim that we need to do that to avoid shutdown. If passed, it will give the Democrats to pick and choose where the money (budget) goes and find pet projects to fund. It also will leave House Republicans without any teeth as they will have no say.

  2. No, because democrats write a 2000 page bill at the last minute, submit the bill on the last day of voting or try to have it voted upon prior to writing bill.........thats why. Everyone knows that!!
