  2. You are absolutely correct! Tenants were literally shoving it in the Landlord's face during the pandemic. Tenants received all sorts of extra funding and spent their money foolishly. Now that the clock has struck midnight everyone is screaming "but the pandemic". There's no mention on the podcast about how landlords got screwed over and lost so much money and how the Landlord's cost have also gone up. Now everyone is appalled that evictions are up. What are you thinking?
