  5. +pwrserge83 As stated the size of a football field of wetlands is lost every hour. These wetlands absorb water and storm surge during hurricanes and work as a buffer. What your talking about wouldn't cause the damage. The other issue was the levees which broke.

I'm American and I don't usually have trouble understanding accents, I grew upside of Boston so I'm use to hearing every type there is but I can barely understand him. I wouldn't judge your English by his accent. Irish people usually have a nice accent but I can barely tell he's speaking English.
