I wonder if someone failed to properly torque some of those bolt that want to strip or maybe damaged them on last removal?
15
Blinker fluid : good!
13
Ray youโre making train noises pushing. Thats determination!
12
Good work. Sometimes I wish you pre lubed those rusty parts to save you some headaches.
11
I remember 90% of these!
11
Troy: fine line between insanity and happiness ! ๐

I would have liked to see how much travel there is on the runner flaps assembly
10
Iโll start out by commenting that the physics have been altered which might screw with driving quality.

Lessons in rust. Anybody that deals with northern vehicles know. Spray , heat repeat and then some torque. I cant imagine not having rust and corrosion. What little I do on my own cars requires prep. Good work as always.

I know he left us hanging on that!! Besides cleaning the steering wheel the cap replacement would have been first
9
Im always impressed with your diagnostic prowess! I feel ya. Im in the water treatment business and we troubleshoot process from mother natures influence combined with possibility of instrument failures which can lead you to improper conclusions.
9
Looked like it would have been easier to remove the crossmember ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Seriously that truck is fixable for New York anyway. Lol

It makes me very sad to see a wounded Ranger๐ข๐ข like watching a family member suffer..excuse me while I go to counseling.
6
I think your jump in wire size made it harder. Seems like 12 would have been enough?
6
Seems like that pan could have a new bung welded in since its scarce
6
Looks like a pain to go back and recheck manifold bolts
5
Check your blinker fluid often
5
Seems like there should be hose clamps on the bottom of bags?โฆ
5
You can thank that pesky clip for keeping the shock from dropping on your toe. Lol
5
You could start your own cross fit class bouncing tires around!
5
Its nice to have a vehicle that isnt desperate for repairs
5
This engine is going to be pretty happy maybe it will go to 400K. Looks like good maintenance .
5
Nice tire machine. I believe we missed the christening party
5
It just nice and cold. Snowy and FUN!!!๐น
4
Its like a turtle. Hard shell and messy guts!
4
Good video between the intake having unmetered air and the regulator leaking vacuum it got complicated. It occurred to me that the open intake port could introduce dirt to the throttle body.
4
Im. Not going to pick on you. Im not at all a welder but I was surprised you experimented on the motor mount. Im also wondering if you didnt send that extractor to far that it made the broken part tighter? Anyway good save , mission accomplished
4
You checked a lot of boxes for me especially at the end. ๐ค
3
It showed up on a few other channels too. Check out the British comedian James Veitch. He is a master at this.
3
You were scaring me to death with those water pump bolts . I knew someone that misplaced them on reassembly and push the bolt into a cylinder wall or something
3
Some double clutchin, shiftinโ truckinโ ACTION!!
3
I was wondering what ate the clutch. Over cycling??
3
I was mostly agreeing with the dissimilar metal issue. One would think that would come treated from factory assembly and further be part of replacement part instructions. Made everyones job harder.
3
โ๐ผweโre the rocker arm assembly.. and we dont like dirtโ. It was a commercial lol

You two are like the biggest kids ever playing with big boy toys. ๐

Ivan would count teeth on crank or cam sprockets divided by 360ยฐ look for that difference in degrees of alignment
3
I was thinking those lag bolts were excessive but then hurricanes. Yeah you can keep those! Lol
