After the recent excellent video here on the channel "Kim criticizes Mount Kumgang biz over dependence on South Korea", (exact title) about harsh criticism of the tourist resort's current look & state and especially his farther Kim Jong-il for allowing joint operation, I found that this 2:53 is the famous floating Hotel Haegumgang with quite a history behind it. Now in very poor condition. Would be a shame if it can't be restored and put to function. Surely it still has a lot of potential, as well as the whole, once joint project. It was a significant part of relations until the unfortunate circumstances. I like Moon Jae-in's optimism and belief in progress in talks. I hope Kim Jong-un will believe again as well, despite his persistent insisting on "self-reliance".
