I really dislike the people that complain on the internet about infringement of rights etc.   Honestly, you are not worthy enough to be spied on by a government agency.  They use algorithms and such, and nobody cares about your visits to pornhub.   The agency will start to pay attention when you start getting emails from various known or former criminals, or pickup on key words you say.  Even then, they are not interested unless you are buying or acquiring things.

  2. ***** Its like this.   I have the front windows of my house open to the other people on the street.  Every so often I walk around balls out.  If people want to watch, fine. If they don't, then fine.  Just don't tell me what I can or can't do.  I don't care if you watch.  edited part:  Its much like what is going on in Russia today. The only people going to have rights infringed on are the ones that are going out in the public being assholes.   I am against a lot of different groups, special interest people, and anti-gun people.... I don't care that people know this.  I fully expect the government to get involved however if I start planning on assaulting them.  Thats the job of the spying.    Again, they don't care about you and I.  They only start to pay attention when you start planning or talking to people that plan.  The dude said in the video, he doesn't like to do guilty by association.   But generally, if you stay away from idiots, you won't be hammered with them when they screw up.

You don't get it.  Nobody sits in and actually listens to your calls.  A computer files it away somewhere and software looks for obvious signs you are crazy, or background noise.  If you are in the area of someone else planning something, your boring conversation could very well help in an investigation.
