It was after a lecture on "racial stupidity", and I asked him if getting overly offended on behalf of another group (I used the controversy over the Redskins' mascot as an example) counted as racial stupidity.   26. Oh, stop deflecting to the leaker. First of all, it’s not like Ana and Cenk specifically asked them to leak it. Secondly, pay attention to the leaked (and unedited) footage. These cops were well within their rights to stop the gunman early on multiple occasions, and they didn’t. Steering our focus away from that puts your motivations on full display.

  27. That might tie into my own question: Why did they stifle their own backup? According to the border patrol agents who eventually killed the shooter, local Uvalde police ordered them to stand down… an order they disobeyed after 30 minutes of waiting and the shooter not being stopped.

  29. ​ @iamdclxvi  Well, physical labor isn't a thing of the past yet. We need to be realistic about the timeline. When machines designed for a particular job are slated to be ready in a few months, give the workers advance notice, and maybe have them spend a few days monitoring the process of the machine to ensure it does the job better. But until then... just don't screw over perfectly good workers and work processes.

Hillary Clinton is the equivalent of your brother saying "You can check my room, but I can assure you I didn't steal your phone." Donald Trump is the equivalent of your brother saying "I don't have your phone! Now go away!"
