  12. According to the border patrol agents who eventually killed the shooter, local Uvalde police ordered them to stand down… an order they disobeyed after 30 minutes of waiting and the shooter not being stopped. If the local police were this cowardly, why stifle their own backup? Seriously, why?!

  23. No, it's a great amount of gun owners who don't understand it. They only seem to remember "the right to bear arms shall not be infringed", and completely ignore "A well regulated militia".   50. Critics of gun reform need to understand - THIS is what we're afraid of. People who want an excuse to pull out their guns, and actively make a big deal of slight inconveniences. To quote Steve Hofstetter, "Every single gun owner here knows someone who owns a gun that you wish didn't."
