  3. Isn't it also a "precedent" that people who knowingly lie under oath - for a government job interview, no less - get some kind of punishment? Like, how about giving them extra documentation to read and fill out before each ruling? If they haven't verifiably filled it out, their opinion on a given case becomes null and void.
