If they got censored, then it was more about how derogatory they were than which way the facts pointed. The Court is 6-3 in large part because Justice Ginsberg succumbed to old age, and her wish to keep the spot vacant until after the election was ignored. As much as I hate the people who made that happen, I don’t want anyone to get killed over it - and I would get censored for implying as much.
