  1. All the more reason we should be helping them adapt. Resistance isn’t always by choice; Some people want to learn but don’t know how to adapt or where they can learn.

  2. ​ @iamdclxvi  Well, physical labor isn't a thing of the past yet. We need to be realistic about the timeline. When machines designed for a particular job are slated to be ready in a few months, give the workers advance notice, and maybe have them spend a few days monitoring the process of the machine to ensure it does the job better. But until then... just don't screw over perfectly good workers and work processes.
