  1. If they were “unarmed”, it was only in the sense of not having guns. They reportedly brought baseball bats, fire extinguishers and bear spray. As for not being there to murder someone… I don’t think a crowd of people would say something like “Hang Mike Pence” unless they actually planned to do it.
