"A man with 1000 sheep cannot stand to see his neighbor have even one." Everything established came from the status quo ideology slowly adapting over time. DEI exists for the same reason we do not have an all Caucasian jury.. or any other identity. People are very shallow and petty... having these kinds of regulatory systems in place doesn't surprise me one bit. Nor do I need it to change to fit anyone's comfort zone based on a system that has always been sus lol
