  6.  @AndrewPriester  Yeah... because people use addiction as an excuse to not do anything about it. I'm not saying they should get beach front property. I'm just saying "drugs are bad" is not a magic phrase that solves the problem. It's what keeps a societal issue from the dark ages alive. Not them taking drugs... that was going to happen... its your opinion of drug addiction that holds back the conversation.

  18.  @Kill-The-Architect187  It is a city ordinance thing I think. I think the biggest reason we have this problem is excuses. Passing the buck to politicians doesn't help either. People start up Go Fund Me's for vanity projects so it's not a lack of resource.
