Reservations, ecosystems for endangered species, ground water contamination as they love the money and none of the regulations.. Why is it down? The company that owns it is all tied up in knots for their negligence. Oil leaks and the whole 9 yards.. Its down because they are criminals trying to exploit an entire territory that doesn't belong to them. While these sycophants slobber on their nuts everyday as if they are cartoon villains.
