  5.  @engjds  Nope. No it didn't. The Swedish study cited "poor" or "weak" evidence, not no evidence. Their recommendation was that mask wearing could be used as an excuse not to isolate, so the Swedish government edicted that masks were not necessary. In fact, they also recommended that masks could be worn in certain situations.
