  1.  @celtspeaksgoth7251  No that is wrong. The HOL is responsible for scrutinizing and revising legislation, providing expertise, and holding the government accountable. Parliamentary committees do not hold accoutnability and are specialized bodies that assist in the detailed examination of issues, policies, and legislation.
