An Association Agreement is a far cry from membership, and the people of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova will suffer greatly, especially through the austerity measures that come with such an agreement. Most of the people of Moldova are completely against this agreement, and rightly so. The populations of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova will become the new slaves of the EU and their lands and natural resources will be exploited only for the benefit of the EU. They will not be allowed to freely go to EU countries in search of jobs and a better life, not that they would find either were they allowed to do so as the EU has a huge and growing unemployment rate. These three countries would be far better off with an alliance with Russia.
