@Balandai98 If journalists can dig up government proceedings then it's not authoritarian enough. You have not heard of many scandals in the CCP or Russia because no one gets access to their sh*t. But I digress. If people like you claim "all media are state-controlled" and "the state-controlled media refused to cover the story" and on the same breath say "it escalated to a point where the only logical step was to admit" then you are simply liars by omission. If the media didn't cover this it would never escalate and that's just the reality of the situation. That also proves that the mainstream media in Hungary are not "state-controlled".

Wow who would've thought that there would be rotten apples within institutions that care for children? This idea that the church is somehow the beacon of child abuse is ridiculous and statistically unverified. We know for a fact that child abuse within school grounds is far higher than within churches but no one seems to care.

The video didn't say that the opposition parties are far off in ideology. It said that the opposition parties are far off in ideology with Fidesz. Meaning that conservative right wing voters won't go and vote for socialist and liberal trash.

@lydon5595 Not even, here in Greece because there is much voter difference the party can gain 36% of the vote and win the majority. Orban has more than 50% of the vote. If there was a same system as here in Greece, Orban would be close to a supermajority.

@stud28gr Calling Mitsotakis or ND "conservative" is ridiculous. They are centrists at best when it comes to social issues. They are larpers and charlatans that got away with several cases of corruption because there was no decent right-wing party and the opposition is in crambles.

@Dezznuts2294 I did decide. The elections are free. If they weren't, the EU could easily dig it up. Claiming "rigged" without any tangible proof other than a friend of a friend said he saw burnt votes then you are just restarted.

@globuscola Again, the EU started as an economic alliance not a federation. This idea that the EU has the right to force its members to accept globalist and liberal values is insane.
