well if you live in Western Europe or the Us the average girl is 5'4 and 170 lbs ,so the girls that are considered skinny aren't really skinny. They are skinny compared to the average girl in their country.

@Kaddywompous sure but the sentiment of "everyone is beautiful" is very common nowadays. No everyone is not beautiful and that's okay. Same way that a lot of men are not tall. But you can make up for it by working on yourself on things you can work on.

@johnnyc.31 Beauty is definitely not fully subjective. It has been scientifically proven that there are many parts of human beauty that are fully objective. Nevertheless, there are beauty standards in every country. So saying everyone is beautiful is in itself an asinine comment since you don't compare it to something for it to be beautiful. Everyone in this video is beautiful according to which beauty standards? Compared to whom? Beauty is not a stand alone thing, it's literally impossible for everyone to be beautiful. The argument that can be made is that everyone might be beautiful according to some country's beauty standards or some individual's standards (although the latter cannot be made to make an argument in this case but more as a statement).

@mike4088 sure but you can't force a culture or people to change and accommodate the way they are beautiful. They either accept and adapt or move into a culture that cherish their beauty. They are beautiful for some guys and some cultures. They are not in this culture and that's okay.

@mollytovxx4181 No everything which is on a scale is like that. Beautiful and ugly are the two edges of the scale. But most people reside in between. Below average, average, above average. Same goes for special as you said.

@a.s.1737 I am saying that they can be beautiful by subjective opinions or other country's standards. By Japan's standards they are not. Simple as that. In my opinion they are average or a little above average ,which is a normal rating that most people fall in.

@user-lx1pe5up7l You can't say "they are beautiful according to them". That thinking is extremely damaging. If I say that I am a 12 year old girl and a dozen people on the internet agree with me, it doesn't make me a 12 year old girl. Objective reality exists hence why beauty standards exist. The idea that the majority of men wouldn't relatively agree on a bunch of beauty standards or vice versa for women is ridiculous. Does that men that there aren't people that will find conventionally unattractive people attractive? Of course there will be. But if you line up 100 people and make a decent experiment on the matter, you'll see that all gravitate to the most objectively attractive person.
