  3. RED CAN BAND In fact, they are public-sector employees. They say big government is bad, but I say not necessarily so. Having impeccable job security, healthcare, pension, etc., could boost workers morale and commitment.

  4. For these people employment is quite secure and companies can't lay off workers, just like in Germany and France. Universal Health Care. Strong Unions. Unemployment benefits can be collected regardless of the reason you quit the job, etc. Try these things in the US, too.
