  1. it´s when the goofy ideas are tested. we learn whats work and what don´t. As the Brittish was a bit straped for cash. They gave the idea to some guys in a shed to tinker with. they never got it to work. As they never got it to work and nobodyelse came up with a working idea. they dropped it.
