  2. OP - check out what Russia does to artists in the occupied territories. From attempting to stamp out the local language, to getting the artists in line (for they speak to people through their souls and senses), to deporting so many children to be Russified .. yes, they are at risk of losing their culture.

  3.  @gnice8765  Requiring the use of Ukrainian language for official/public transactions is not the same as banning Russian. Is that the best you have? Oh, and Russia banned the Ukrainian language back in the 1930s. Using your logic, would that have been a cause for war?
