  1. My uncle was an electrician and electric shocks had no lasting effect on him. I seen him working on my mum's washing machine with the plug plugged in and switched on. I asked him if I should pull the plug he said no as he needed to check the circuits. When I asked how he did this he said like this and he just licked his finger and touched a live connection. One Christmas our town power supply went off and my uncle found the broke wire leading to the town. He just licked his fingers and grabbed hold of both ends and allowed the current to flow through his body. His hair stood on end and his legs kept lifting off the ground, his whole body lit up with an alternating yellow glow and we could see all of his bones like an xray. He stayed like that for two hours while thousands of families cooked their Christmas dinners. Afterwards he was fine - just a bit thirsty - he said I really need a cold beer

  2. I clean (antiseptic) and close the cut apply superglue and place toilet tissue (or similar) on top of the wet glue. This hardens immediately to form a patch over the cut. Trim excess tissue and put a fabric plaster over the patch to protect. The patch will come off after 48 hours so apply another patch - usually takes 3 patches 5-6 days to heal perfectly.
