  1. I clean (antiseptic) and close the cut apply superglue and place toilet tissue (or similar) on top of the wet glue. This hardens immediately to form a patch over the cut. Trim excess tissue and put a fabric plaster over the patch to protect. The patch will come off after 48 hours so apply another patch - usually takes 3 patches 5-6 days to heal perfectly.
