  1. It was a fictitious reference to a fictitious TV show - there is a lot of hatred toward Meghan, because many find her behaviour despicable. It is not unusual to use fiction to describe feelings about public figures. If you google 'Boris Johnson naked cartoons' you will find images of a naked Boris covered in excrement, but apparently this is OK, presumably, because Boris is male, white and pro UK. Do the same people complain when Meghan mocks Queen Elizabeth and the British people with a fictitious 'theme park' curtsy?
