  2. These people look like slave laborers from Germany's occupied countries, returning home in 1945 after Nazi Germany defeat. Some of them might be POWs, still wearing their armies uniforms. There were millions of them in Germany in 1945.

  3. Joseph Kretschmer There were registered executions of the American POW by Waffen-SS in 1944 and 1945, but they were not mass executions, like in the USSR, Poland, Slovakia and Yugoslavia.
