@bettyh3747 Your example applies to the Arctic, where icebergs float, but not to melting glaciers on landmasses like the Antarctica, the Himalayas, or the Rocky Mountains. - And for everyone who has not yet followed the weather news: landslides, flood disasters, droughts and hurricanes will certainly make more headlines in the future than the sea level rise of a few inches!

@djc7039 Even "(Shaun of the dead ;) zombies" like Ed can be programmed in such a way that, as expected, they give a predefined answer to every question: "Yes, Sir, Corporal, Sir, Drill Sergeant. Sir! (= Let's go to the winchester pub ! :)" However, it remains questionable whether such a "conversation" actually represents a sensible investment of time (at least from Liz's point of view). For simple command acknowledgments, a simple "roger (skull ;)" or "copy that (cheers mate ;)" might be more efficient...
