If I suspected I would say: overloaded aircraft (heavier than stated in flight preparation documents), faulty or routinely ignored stall (pre-stall) warning, inaccurate cockpit speedometer (dirt in pitot tube, pilot's ignorance or cell phone - Influence). Yes, I have personally experienced my co-pilot's cell phone negatively affecting my VOR display and aeronautical communications. Air pressure-speed indicators are generally unaffected by cell phone radiation unless retrofitted to electronic signal transmission, which is probably not an option with this aircraft... However, about 20 years ago, a member of a Kuwaiti airline confirmed to me that their crews regularly get into trouble because hundreds of idiot passengers want to actively use their cell phones. And 250 passengers times 2 watts of cell phone transmit power gives a total power of 500 watts... My home cooking microwave has 700 watts... In my view, the fault is also with the authorities and the airlines. My simple explanation makes sense to most people. But if someone just prescribes instead of clarifying, many people resist commandments and prohibitions... Which makes kind of sense in times of the Covid-Religion.

@mw12349 Please read my previous comment once again a bit more carefully. - I wrote: "Air pressure-speed indicators are generally unaffected by cell phone radiation unless retrofitted to electronic signal transmission, WHICH IS PROBABLY NOT AN OPTION WITH THIS AIRCRAFT..." Currently I'd assume, that shear-winds have caused this tragic accident. It's been a familiar region for the pilots - but a new final approach (due to the recently opened airport) ...
