  17.  @FactCheckDoResearch  Anyone who has already dealt a little with the generation of electricity by hydroelectric turbines knows that these turbines can continue to generate electricity even with a lower operating pressure (i.e. a lower water level than the 145m mentioned in the report). The lower water level only slightly reduces the generator's maximum available power output.
