  3. You got to figure that the west will try and cut off Kaliningrad and Russians would have to act. Another thing is that if they want Europeans to be on board with trying to isolate Russia they need to villify, perhaps persecute, Russians in their contries. If the citizens of the EU rebel against austerity now they can call them Russians and Russian simpathisers.
