Isn't there still a proabillty that there can be an event that supports their narrative? It is hard to tell anythng if you know that they mostly lie.... Withhout any other information it is impossible to geta any nuance.

@Grimm44 I don't know enough about dams... I had a hunch that Russia did it for a tactical advantage.... But a review of the battle field suggests to me that it gives neither side an advantage.

@Grimm44 I knew the offensive was on....If there was a definate advantage to the Russians I beleive they would perhaps flood the place.... A review of the flood plains revieals that the south bank of the river would flood Kirson City... It also takes a lot to re gain the dam for hydro electric power.... Also it threatens to dry up an aquifer to Crimea.

@naradaian My knee jerk reaction was that Russia did it for tactical reasons.... Now I feel like that is not proabable at all.
