  3.  @z-America The Russians never made wild accusations.... Judging from western behavior we see a lot of group think that is always wrong... An attack on the Kremlin can cause passions that create a stupid shared convenional 'wisdom' ... So although the Russians don't seem to be giving to making outragous statments, when passions run high I woudn't put it past them. I believe that the study of this phenonenom is called 'social psych' ... Russians arn't AI, they are people.
