  3.  @FunnyBunny-pd5xx  If they have to pay import taxes [US inport taxes] they will essentially be financing those bases in Europe. The taxes to export things to the US from Europe will essntially strengthen the Euro agaisnt the dollar while the money paid to keep the nato bases will strengthen the Dollar..
