It is reasonable to expect that that is the basic rule of 'law' because it was instituted by a former editor of the harvard constitutional law review. The money and the 'law' work differently in china.

  3.  @ccchan10  Probably true. Why do they need foreign direct investment anyway when they hold more than a trillion and their export market is in dollars? Do they have a meter that makes more sense than western style GDP and if so why don't they publish it?
