Cuba had the right to their nuclier war heads but they didn't have the might to sustain that right... If they persisted there would certainly have been a war between cuba and the US What the US and nato did in ukraine was a coup with the help of traditional nazis. Ukraine then turned on their russian ethnics and started harassing and killing them, as well as a massive weapons' build up in the east of ukraine. Yes, ukraine has the right to have any weapons' it wants but it also has the right to destroy it's self in a conflict because of them.
