  1. Like I said in a video Drach did discussing the last French battleship designs, the first 2/3rds of French dreadnought/battleships were pretty terrible in comparison to their rivals. The Courbet class wasn't as bad as some of the others but it definitely wasnt as good. So decidedly average I think.

  2.  @psour33  that's why I said 2/3rds....the Richelieu class was the first class that could really compete with other designs and maybe even actually beat them.
