  11. If the agents are so interested in disputing Hutchinson with facts, they're free to give sworn depositions which will be legal in any court in the country. Their attorneys can even release the depositions to the media. Why haven't they done that?

  12.  @benitosalazar3749  Because as I said depositions, which are taken every day in civil and criminal cases, are binding, valid legal documents on the public record for anyone to see. The Committee is not preventing the agents from giving depositions, and can't prevent them from distributing their sworn testimony to the public through press conferences or any other means.

The agents' attorneys can make them part of the public record available to anybody for review, and their attorneys can make the depositions available to anyone including the news media. Hutchinson testified under oath.. The agents haven't, in any forum, and the only thing stopping them is themselves. Your logic is as twisted as the Trumpers blaming Pelosi for Jan. 6th, saying if there had been more security(not Pelosi's responsibility) there wouldn't have been a riot. That's like blaming local cops for an Antifa riot that gets out of hand because the cops were outnumbered. But you probably believing the "Pelosi's fault" bullshit too. The Committee isn't stopping the agents form going on the record under oath. They obviously don't want to or have been told not to.

The Democratic governors of Oregon, Washington state and Minnesota all requested National Guard help in 2020, and the Guard was sent in to Portland, Minneapolis and Seattle. Do you realize how easy that was for me to verify and prove that you lied? As far as DC, the Mayor, Muriel Bowser requested National Guard help on January 4, 2021 and received it. It was the Pentagon, not Pelosi or anyone else, who delayed sending the Guard to the Capitol on Jan. 6th. The Capitol Police requested National Guard help and the Pentagon waited three hours to send them in. Once they were deployed, the Guard ran Trump's cowardly thugs out of the Capitol on their asses. As far as eyewitnesses to Trump's behavior, if the agents give depositions that are certified by the courts in the jurisdiction where the depositions are taken, nobody can ignore them, not the media or the Committee. They're a matter of public record and are valid legal documents. You're both delusional and dishonest. Nobody is stopping the agents from giving depositions but their attorneys and themselves. Every citizen has the right to give their testimony in a deposition. The agents for whatever reason simply don't want to.

  18.  @elaineroper755  What the hell is "#503"? A statute from where? Federal? State? And if a judge ruled that the committee is illegal, howe is it still conducting hearings? Nickolas is correct.. Judge Kelly ruled in May 2021 that the Committee could proceed. An appeals court affirmed his ruling in December 2021. And the Supreme Court then said any attempts by Trump and the Republicans to say that the Committee was illegitimate had no legal basis.

  20. The secret service people are free to give depositions under oath at any time. The Committee can't prevent them from doing that, any more than they can keep the agents from releasing the depositions to the public and the media.
