As far as screwing up the rollout, that's been as widely reported, accurately, as Trump's buffoonish down-playing of covid. Specifically, the number of vaccinations administered fell far short of the number promised by Trump, due to ineptness in distributing the vaccines to the states. Trump promised that 35 million doses would be administered before he left office; the actual number turned out to be 13.5 million. Under Biden, as many people were vaccinated per DAY as were vaccinated under Trump in a WEEK. You can easily look these facts up. You just don't want to face facts.
