An odd, restless, at-war-with-itself place England. It picks up the worst current neuroses of the American stewpot. This is no different. It will pass after a time, as the business of going on about it is exhausting and there is no steam left behind it all. Then quietness will return for another century or so. I am surprised so many are engaged in this paroxysm of dissociated anger. I assume they must enjoy it; feel 'engaged', feel 'good'.

@angusmcangus7914 Oh yes it is. There will be no place to hide from this. Your monoculture, a once wonderful thing the Japanese and other countries still prize highly, is done for. Your past is in effect entirely cut off. A tragedy. England was a place of immense achievement, respected across the world. Condolences.
