They also need to prove that they're well-trained to use it and must pass a test to get a license. The "well-regulated militia" part isn't fully implemented in the US" you don't even understand why the bill of rights was written... stick to your little country with a population less than los angeles, where your problems consist of deciding what color scarf to wear...
