@anarchyorslavery1616 "how would they? nobody is entitled to know what drones another person has" you obviously know nothing about drones... once the drone weighs more than 250grams, it is required to broadcast remote ID. at which point, even you can et information about the drone, owner and pilot location with your cell phone.

"2. you cannot bring it down regardless." a drone? you think that in the year of our lord 2025 that we, even I, don't have the technology to bring down a drone"?? "3. you as a civilian are still not entitled to know who owns what aircraft at any given time." with remote ID I get all sorts of information... where the pilot is, what the serial number on the drone is, registration number if registered... I think I can figure it out from there...
