I do know that "In 2019, the segment, which includes cruises and hotels, accounted for 37% of the company’s $69.6 billion in total revenue." florida's sale tax is 6%. what is 6% of $70bil? not sure how much of that %70 bil, is from orlando area parks, but assuming much, if not most. and that doesn't account for property taxes... again, I'm a rookie, can you tell me how much disney will have to pay for that forty seven square miles in property taxes?? and you're worried about "pot holes"???? oh no quirk......... <face palm>

@quirk8841 patrolling and response time are two different things. I will take that as you know of no patrolling per square mile requirement either. so then how do we quantify the additional cost? PS - you conveniently forgot to address any of my questions regarding taxes and services costs, and have simply moved on to personal attacks... good job skippy.

@quirk8841 quirk, disney is private property. tax payers will not pay for roads. and the only time police, fire, etc will be on disney property is when there is an emergency call at disney, just like your house. if disney wants a full time, on site police force, they can still provide private security, at their own expense. things will not "balance out" as you say... those counties will be MUCH better off taxing disney!
