That's why Durham didn't charge Sussmann with "Conspiracy"." sussman isn't being charged with conspiracy. he is being charged with lying to the fbi. there is an email where sussman states he was not working on behalf of anyone but himself, while being paid by the clinton campaign to frame trump. the conspiracy charges will follow...

A charge of "lying to the FBI" is a nothing-burger process crime." first of all, who do you work for to know that durham doesn't have evidence to prove conspiracy? obviously you somehow have some inside info???? secondly, the lying to the fbi is defrauding the fbi, which he has proof of... sussman's own text, and receipt of concurrent payment from the clinton campaign. will he convict sussman? I doubt it... trying to prosecute the "system" via the "system" is a tough road to go down.. but that doesn't mean the proof isn't there.. the actual evidence and proof is OBVIOUS.

Durham needs a CONFESSION, and there's no indication that anybody is going to confess." again, how the hell do you know these things?? you are OBVIOUSLY getting inside info!! you OBVIOUSLY know things the media and public does not know... wtf??? how are you in on all of this?? I assume your response would be that you cant talk about it on here, which begs the question... if you are someone that has level of inside intel, am I supposed to believe you're on here discussing it on youtube message boards???? nah...
